Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
Private Yoga Therapy sessions begin with an intake session in which an interview is performed based on the information provided on the intake form. This information can include a history of illness and injury as well as the current issue bringing you to yoga therapy, such as stress, cancer, chronic pain. Next musculoskeletal assessment and/or breath assessments are performed. The results of these assessments are used by the yoga therapist and you, together, to formulate a home practice. Follow up appointments aid in accountability and adjusting the home practice as progress is made.

Are you interested in yoga but worried that you cannot move your body in that way? Then let the Yoga Therapist move your body for you!
During a Thai Bodywork session the therapist moves you in and out of shapes to bring healing and confidence in your ability to move. Acupressure is also applied along Sens Line, similar to meridians, to aid in energetic release of the somatic holding of many muscles. To sign up for a session please call

15 minutes for $15 Yoga Therapy:
On Monday and Thursday from 2:30-5PM. These sessions may include a quick assessment of your breath or body, and providing you with one or two home practice suggestions. These sessions are intended to help with quick issues such as a headache or sore neck.
Beth will not be available on all days, please check the calendar for additional days off
